“Served as Grant Accountant/Manager for more than 18 years for state and county governments. Managed and drew down expenditures for over 200 million dollars in grant funds from various Federal and State grants. Federal departments include but not limited to Department of Agriculture, (USDA) Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Treasury, Small Business Administration (SBA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), US Election Assistance Office, Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Perform all grant administration duties as it relates to the planning, applying, and managing grant funding from the state and federal government entities. Duties include but not limited to quarterly reporting, billings, budget amendments/revisions, planning changes, and program audit and evaluation. Liaison between government officials as it relates to any grant matters and updates”

“Served as a Program Director and Community Liaison to the young adult (16-25) as well as families up to age 62 for more than 10-years. Serving the populations collaboratively within community-based settings of court counselors, social workers and behavioral therapist. Ms. McIntyre is qualified to assist mental and behavioral healthcare for at-risk youth. Skilled in the social setting of human services along with experience with building rapports with minority, low income and disadvantaged families. Ms. McIntyre also served 17-years within the education setting, mentoring middle and high school to 320 students weekly; in addition to holding lead position as well as school administration license.
